HN Stock is an internal inventory and branch ordering application for HN Groupe restaurants.

The app is intended only for authorized staff members. It is used to manage product lists, daily stock requests, picking status, missing items, product images and stock reminders.

Data we collect:
- User account information such as email address and user role.
- Branch information such as branch ID and branch name.
- Product and inventory data entered by staff.
- Stock request history, picking status, missing item notes and stock reminder information.
- Product images uploaded by authorized staff.

How we use the data:
The data is used only for internal restaurant inventory operations, branch ordering, stock picking, missing stock reporting and stock planning.

Data sharing:
We do not sell user data. Data is not shared with advertisers. Data may be processed by service providers used to operate the app, including Firebase/Google Cloud services.

Data storage:
Data is stored using Firebase and Google Cloud services. Access is limited to authorized users of HN Groupe.

User access and deletion:
Authorized users may contact the company to request correction or deletion of their account or related data.
